Manila part 7: Bringing light to the slums in Manila

Shocked by the poverty I have seen here in Manila, I started reading about that and about the slums here on the internet. What a hard life these people have! Just horrible.


Amidst of my readings I came across this fantastic project. 
In the slums people have nothing: no toilet, no electricity, so no light..basically: nothing. This projects provides in one thing: light. Using recycled plastic bottles, water, bleach and natural sunlight. Amazing!
